DAY 1
PRE DAY: Arriving in Tanzania

Arrive at Kilimanjaro International Airport (JRO) or Arusha Airport, where you’ll be met by a professional safari guide who then transfer you to your booked accommodation at Arusha. Along the way you will be briefed about this luxury tour in Tanzania, all the necessary details of the tour will be given to you. Arrive at your hotel in Arusha and Check in. At the hotel, you will enjoy a sumptuous dinner and an overnight stay.
DAY 2
Transfer to Serengeti National Park

Wake up and have breakfast at your lodge and after drive to Arusha catch a short flight to Serengeti National Park. The iconic Serengeti National Park is renowned for its unbeatable wildlife safaris in Tanzania a stands out as one of the best destinations for safaris in Tanzania. DAY 3
Full day exploring Serengeti National Park

Wake up early in the morning to and have breakfast at your lodge. Since you will be spending the entire day exploring the Serengeti on game drives, depart the lodge well-prepared. You will enjoy thrilling game drives in the Serengeti plains, seeking out the Big Five and other wildlife species. Explore different regions of the park including the central Serengeti, known for its abundant wildlife all year round, on Full Board Basis.

Full day game drive in Serengeti (Wildebeest Migration)

DAY 5
Full day game drive in Serengeti (Wildebeest Migration)

A Lodge/Tented Camps in North/South Serengeti
Early start today; for an early morning game drive to see also nocturnal predators returning from hunting and animals waking up in early morning light. Depending on the time of year and the migration of the herds you can expect to see wildebeest, lions, elephants, giraffes, zebras, monkeys, baboons, hippos, rhinos, antelopes and many birds and other species. After the game drive, then drive to your tented camp for dinner and overnight.
DAY 6
Transfer to Ngorongoro Olduvai gorge
DINNER & OVERNIGHT AT
A Lodge/Tented Camps in/near Ngorongoro
Early morning game drive and after depart to Ngorongoro Conservation area. We will stopover at Olduvai Gorge, boasting with a history dating back to the dawn of time. It was here, that the anthropologists Drs. Lois and Mary Leakey discovered the skulls of ‘Nutcracker Man’ and ‘Handy Man’, both very significant links in the chain of human evolution. Late afternoon transfer to your Lodge/Tented Camp, where you will have dinner and overnight (F/B).
DAY 7
Full day game drive in Ngorongoro Crater Tour
DINNER & OVERNIGHT AT

Wake up early in the morning and have breakfast, then drive to the world renowned Ngorongoro, home to the stunning Ngorongoro Crater. This area is renowned for itsl large wildlife numbers including lions, leopards, rhinos, buffalos, elephants among other species. Arrive in Ngorongoro and descend about 600 meters into the crater floor where you’ll encounter an incredible concentration of wildlife, including all the African Big Five animals.
DAY 8
POST DAY: Transfer to The Airport for Departure back Home

The last day! Depending on your flight time, you can relax in the lodge a bit longer before our driver takes you to Kilimanjaro International Airport (JRO) or Arusha Airport for your flight home. Having second thoughts? It's also possible to add a few days to your holiday by going to one of Tanzania's paradise islands, such as Zanzibar, Pemba, or Mafia!

The Tour Price Includes
- Airport transfers (Pick-up and drop-off)
- Bottled mineral water in the vehicle while on safari.
- One way domestic flight from Arusha Airport to Seronera/Kogatende Airstrip.
- Accommodation and meals per the itinerary (B=breakfast, L=lunch, D=dinner).
- Dinner on day 1, breakfast, lunch and dinner on day 2-7 and breakfast & lunch on day 8 of your trip.
- In case of a camping safari: camping gear like tents, camping mattresses, sleeping bags, pillows, camping chairs, etc.
- Game drives, Concession fees, Accommodation, All park entry fees, Government tax 18% VAT on tour fees and Service which cost nearly 100% of the total cost.
- Transport in a 4×4 safari vehicle from your hotel in Arusha to the parks and back (other pick-up points possible, please contact us for the right price)
- Ground transportation in a 8 setter or 6 setter 4x4 Safari vehicle with English Speaking Driver guide: -
- 8 setter Safari vehicle has 6 windows seats (in the passenger cabin) and 1 window seat next to the driver (in front)
- 6 setter Safari vehicle has 4 windows seats (in the passenger cabin) and 1 window seat next to the driver (in front)
- Accommodation of your choice: from budget to staying in luxurious lodges, we can arrange it for you (the prices mentioned above are for overnight stays in Standard to high end level hotels/lodge/tented Camps according to the program, other prices are applicable for the other accommodation options).
The Tour Price Excludes
- Meals not listed above. eg Breakfast and Lunch on the first day, Dinner on the last day.
- Tanzania Visa cost which is 50% except for Canadian and USA passport holders which is US$100.
- International and departure taxes (Quoted separately where applicable)
- Optional activities and excursions (short safari/tour after your Safari can be arranged upon request at an extra cost).
- Post accommodation in Arusha. If you wish, we can however assist you in finding a place that corresponds to your needs and budget.
- Flights or other transport to Arusha. We can however arrange airport pickup for you. Let us know your itinerary and we’ll make it happen!
- Tips for the crew. We recommend a tip of 25 USD per day for your guide, and 15 USD per day for your cook, to be divided between each member of your group.
- Ngorongoro | Ndutu balloon ride, per person Adult (Above 16yrs) $580, Child (7-16yrs) $530 {20th Dec - 31st March} Daily launch at dawn (6:30am) returning approx. 9:45am.
- Serengeti balloon ride, per person Adult (Above 16yrs) $599, Child (7-16yrs) $545. {Central All year round, Western 15th May - 30th Oct, and North 15th June - 15th Jan} Daily launch at dawn (6:30am) returning approx. 9:45am.
- Inoculations and personal insurance (e.g. Tanzania Visa, Travel, Medical and Baggage insurance, A doctor for the group, Laundry, Souvenirs, Telephone, Beverages (available to purchase) and all other services that are not mentioned as included.
- Holiday Surcharge : A supplement of US $ 40.00 per person per day will apply to all bookings on the 24th, 25th, 26th and 31 December and 1st January
- A supplement of US $ 35.00 per person will apply to all bookings between Friday 3rd and Monday 6th April (for all 4 days) as Easter holiday surcharge.
